Comprehensive Warranty Exchange Programs are in placed and can be tailored to specific customer requirements.
Warranty Support programs are setup to suit the particular customer's requirement.
From detailed technical support for field concerns to operational functional demonstrations to customers.
Pre-delivery programs can be set up to modify, test, assemble or calibrated product or any combination before the product is delivered to the customer.
Access to the latest technologies through partnerships allow ASL to provide the latest service techniques using specialized developed testing and calibration equipment.
We cover all repairs to “SAM Audio” (Formerly FMS Audio), Parrot, Panasonic, NGA & Visteon equipment under warranty.
Pre and Post Delivery warranty services are provided.
When the vehicle warranty has expired, we offer an exchange or repair program which is this then covered by a 6 month warranty.
ASL can supply replacements units for vehicles manufactured since the 90’s including:
- Territory/BA/BF/FG audio modules, facias, TFT screens, A/C controls
- EF/EL/AU Falcons, Fairlane, LTD, Tickford, FPV, BA/BF/Territory, FG.
- AX/AY Telstar, Probe, Explorer, Taurus.
- Focus, KA, Mondeo, Escape, Laser, Festiva, Ranger.
- Transit Van, Utes.
- Mazda , many models including RX-8, 323, Mazda 3, Mazda 6, BT-50, CX-7, CX-9.
- Nissan, many models including X-Trail, Patrol, Navara etc.
- Holden VZ, VY, VE, Stateman, Caprice & HSV's. Single CD, 6-in-dash and CD Changers
- Honda Jazz, Odyssey/Insight AVN systems.
Service & Parts supply warranty.
ASL have atleast a six month warranty on all exchange units and a twelve month warranty on all upgrades.
