Q1. What is your normal turn around time?
In most cases unless special parts are in need of ordering, our turn around time is 1-3 business days.
Q2. What is the charge for a repair estimate?
We charge $55 for repair estimates, should you choose to repair your equipment the $55 is included in the repair cost. In most cases of factory radios we have a fixed price repair. Should you decide to not repair your equipment with us, we will return it for the cost of return shipping.
Q3. What type of shipping do you recommend?
We ship Australian Air Express (AeE) next day service.
Q4. Do you sell parts to repair car stereos?
We offer a comprehensive Repair/Exchange program, we do not sell parts.
Q5. What other services do you offer?
We Install Car Stereos Systems, Reverse Cameras, DVD players and Bluetooth accessories. In some cases we can also upgrade your existing stereo.
Q6. What type of warranty period do you offer?
Our warranty period for repairs is 6 months for repairs/exchanges. Call for warranty period on other items.
Q7. Can I add iPOD, MP3, DVD or Video Games audio to my existing factory stereo?
Yes, we sell AUX adaptors and FM Modulators. Please see our Products page for more details.
